NBA Live Servers Can’t connect

The last few weeks I have been having trouble staying connected to the EA servers while playing NBA live.  I’ve attached a picture of the message I get that pops up on my screen. It is truly random when it occurs. One day I might have no issues. The next day I can’t even get connected to the servers to play online. It’s been very frustrating. I’ve restored licenses. I’ve reset the modem multiple times. Restarted PS4. Nothing consistently works. I was actually able to play an online game tonight miraculously and randomly 5 minutes after the game was finished I got the disconnect notice. I don’t know what else to do. 

no other online games are affected.
