Play Visuals (vs CPU) not showing

Play Visuals (vs CPU) do not show and I have tried it on every difficulty level and made sure to turn it on. The only time it works and the movements that need to be made show up is when playing The One. When I played a full game vs the CPU, the play call would pop up but I had no idea who the ball should go to or the other players movements. This sucks because I end up basically playing pick and rolls and 1v1 all game which isn't realistic. Would you look into this please, thanks.
