On ps4 go to settings, applications saved data management and download you last save sent to the cloud for nba live 2019.
U should have made a save manually every now and then to avoid lossing your progress. Make one on cloud and one on a USB stick 2.0 32GB and keep it has a spare in case online backup gets corrupted.
