Check your settings in your console for audio. Maybe try different options. I know you say hdmi is good but do you hear sound in other games. Try resetting settings like audio in NBA Live 2019 to see if that helps. Try a different cable if all else fails. Also go through all the Settings in tv to see if there is something that brings back sound for your game. Maybe your TV got a firmware update without you knowing and it's automatic and it caused conflicts with your game. Just triple check all and pin point where is the problem further because I still have sound have a ps4 og, Sony 65 flay tv and I have sound after update.
