thank you for your help. I was on the phone with Comcast, and they were assisting with what you suggested, because we were trying to figure out if it was Comcast speeds or bad connection to the servers for EA. We did not find any packet losses, no latency in games loading. The Comcast rep also did some thing's on their end. We reset the modem, restarted the Xbox console, turned the TV off as well. However, after doing so, I did experience a minor issue with EA profile loading. The game took me to a 3v3 game with Shaq, AI, Vince, you know the first game you play while it loads. I thought I lost everything , but afterwards, everything as far as loading was fine. I played a short Live Run game in 3v3 and 5v5, the shot meter continued to bounce up and right back down with every shot. Free Throws are doing the same thing. So, I'm experiencing the same issues with the shot meter.

@kxngluxDo your see any packet loss or wide ping variance when a UO Trace is ran from the UO Trace tool? It can be downloaded via PC from the link I replied with above. It will show how your connection is exactly reaching our servers to determine if it's getting hung up somewhere on the path to them.

Is no one going to help anymore? It's been a week now and no reply with help or anything new to try.

Apologies for the delayed response, @kxnglux. I was out on an extended break and recently just got back. Are you still getting delay in your shots?
