Traits stuck on Rank 2

Product: NBA LIVE 18
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which version? Full Game
Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? The One: Career Mode
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By making a player and getting to level 60 and seeing that your traits are stuck at Level 2
What happens when the bug occurs? After every game it shows all the traits in rank 3 but in the menu the trait(s) is still at Rank 2
What should be happening instead? I should have a gold rank 3 level trait
How severe is the bug? B - Major

    I'm switching over to 2k after this. I'm tired of EA issues.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's the XP bar
    What happens when the bug occurs? It stops progress to traits and crates I still level up in the game but it doesn't show up on the screen after league, live events and pro am my street and league hype are fine
    What should be happening instead? Leveling up as usual
    How severe is the bug? B - Major

    I was playing NBA LIVE 18 as usual and i noticed XP stopped going I was grinding away hoping to get my 3rd gold trait which is Catch and Shoot but now it's silver 😢😥 And I believe that other traits are affected as well and crates too Please fix this so I can play NBA LIVE 18 happily

    Same issue with my "one" player on the xbox one. His dribble trait is completed but the rank still remains locked on the third trait. EA, please update and fix this feature!
