Ads are not working

You guys always find a way to screw us over...my ads and fellow members im my league are having the same problem...PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THIS MESSAGE this is serious its messing with our gameplay please do something about it... why is it when its good players this system seems to mess up this is a conspiracy..i have reported this situation on every platform ao dont tell me you guys didn't see my messages..i posted on general bug report and technical issues as well this gotta get fixed this is not funny guys i spend too much money on this game..i dont get paid till next week so i was depending on the ADS i did all the tricks so please dont send me stuff on how to retrieve them cause they're not working period...

This is not right even players from my league is having the same issue as well as others PLEASE FIX THIS.. i will keep spamming untill this gets resolved cause its messing with my gameplay and im loosing out on getting my 109 zion c'mon EA you guys always mess things up

In fact now I really think not to waste my money my time anymore on this stupid * game. The gameplay is broken for too long and EA doesn't seem to care about it all to get it fixed. Adding new promos events won't help it anyhow until and unless we the user won't enjoy the gameplay. 

The ads will be back soon I hope as well. Everyone needs it. 😄

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. Just the ads wont play and the you cannot have the item
What do you expect to see? To have the item that can be acquired through watching ads.

The error is on watching Ads. It does not play.

Many people are having this issue not just me  Please fix this it’s really important and messing up my team,

Device: Samsung Note 9/ LG v30

Software:  Android 10 (One UI 2.1)/ android 9

Issue: No daily 10 ads

Time: Started 24 hours back

Fixes: have restarted the game. have reinstalled the game. have cleared cache. have reset ad setting

cant watch ad in store or main screen or inbox

Hi, 

-Device: Android

-Device software: Latest one

-At first I was able to get ads, but after a while I wasn't receiving any rewards at all. I watched around 5 ads and I didn't get a single reward, and they were all different (stamina, miles, etc.). Finally, 18 hours ago or something, the ads completely disappeared from the main screen, and when I go to the store some of them say 'ads unavailable'. And others seem to be available, but when you click on 'Watch ad' nothing happens.

-I've tried resetting my phone, re installing the app, changing the game's language, but nothing has worked so far
