Slow-mo bug

When I play in H2H or PvP (against players who I assume have the slow-mo ON) I still occasionally get this slow-mo effect when the opponent dunks/lays up, even tho I have it OFF. It’s so annoying and it’s a terrible feature, because it disrupts the natural pace of the game. If I want it off it should be off, fix this bug ASAP.
