I tried what you suggested, even reinstalling the app, but I keep getting the same message
I am really disappointed that I am not getting the rewards for a second day in the row...

Community Manager@AgisTournas Have you tried restarting your device and attempted it on mobile data instead of WiFi, or toggled WiFi off and back on?

I have tried all the possible ways as described
I made a fresh install [just 10 minutes ago for the 4th time today] & the problem is still there
It seems to have emerged suddenly after some new ads were added to the app
The Messenger one, the Facebook and another one I don't recall right now...
Is there an issue with those particular ads?
Do other people report the same behavior from the app?

You're not the only one as I've seen some reports from other sources head our way too. I've seen cases where it's only specific ads affected. We've raised this up to the team for investigation and I'll update the post as soon as we have more info around it. Any workarounds others have found useful are always appreciated here.

I have tried resetting my Google Ad ID, but the result is always the same.
I was lucky enough to get the rewards two times, but I have another 14 failed attempts!
Note that I keep track of my tries today, since the problem that has been troubling me for 3-4 days made me loose many W's points and tokens of the Monthly Masters campaign & the Influencers campaign, as well as too much stamina that I could have used to progress in my game.
I can only hope that the EA Team will send some compensation, so that those campaigns will not be a waste of time...
i have just tried what ever you said but i can't find ads. Its so disappointing that game is updating but still we are not getting what we want. I cant buy most of the players bcz ads are not working and that is leading to shortage of tokens. Plz help with this issue. I have tried everything
I just used my data, reopen my game, even logged out and again logged in, also in setting i went to legal privacy and off all the things and again open it but still can't find any ads please help with this.
- @Hasnainwick Those are all the known workarounds till date for the issue of unavailable ads. The team is still working on another fix but we're not sure if it's coming out anytime soon. Please try logging in and out a huge number of times. It may stimulate the game to give ads, also do try changing your google ad id if it's on an android.
Can the Devs stop making excuses and just fix the problem? If this was a day or two issue, fine but this has been going on now for about 2 months.
The “work arounds” would be great if they actually..you know worked as opposed to maybe working.
What makes this further frustrating is that the ads are definitely ”available”. When you get the unlocked reward they’ve peppered throughout the game, you get to..wait for it..watch an ad! I actually thought you have to watch a bunch of these throughout the day to unlock the “privilege” to make the ads available for the other tabs. I thought this may be a work around but it only fixed the problem maybe once so no.
if the Devs cannot fix the problem (and it seems like they either can’t or don’t care enough to do so) then get rid of this entirely. Stop wasting our time and yours, and just make the rewards easily accessible. Sure you would work real quick to fix any bugs if it involved the tabs preventing people from spending money so yeah, this has gone on long enough.
