First of all I would like to say a big thank you for your interest in this case.
It is very nice to see that someone from the EA team is trying to help.
I have tried resetting my Google Ad ID, but the result is always the same.
I was lucky enough to get the rewards two times, but I have another 14 failed attempts!
Note that I keep track of my tries today, since the problem that has been troubling me for 3-4 days made me loose many W's points and tokens of the Monthly Masters campaign & the Influencers campaign, as well as too much stamina that I could have used to progress in my game.
I can only hope that the EA Team will send some compensation, so that those campaigns will not be a waste of time...

I have not had one single ad work all season long and have now spent all my nba cash on the Ws simulation campaign just to keep up and try to get by and this has been a nightmare all season long and have contacted EA multiple times and still haven't got an answer and no compensation whatsoever. I've tried every possibility to solve this problem but still ALWAYS get the message no direct offers available this is BS to all of us who spend so much time and effort in this game.

Hey, I'm having the same problem for about 6 days now. For some reason, though for me I can watch one of any of the types of ads once or twice a day randomly. I use ios and live in Ontario. I have tried fixing this problem by restarting my phone and restarting my wifi and some other things but none of them work. On my phone ads work for different applications and on my second NBA live account, all the ads work perfectly. I don't know how you guys could fix this but please help us. I have spent almost all of my coins on Ws because I'm trying to get rewards. Please help make sure that this problem gets fixed. Compensation would be nice but I really just want this problem to be fixed. Thank you for taking the time.

issue still going on... still not showing ads...
btw... all ads aren't showing up or not available for me since yesterday... pls fix it... Sim Series is ending and i need the free points from the ads...

The team is still aware of this and continuing to investigate. Are you all having trouble with the Sim Series advertisement option or Monthly Master Token? Yes, and stamina and earlier easter eggs. I live Poland.
- @EA_Blueberry I'm having this problem with ALL types of ads. But I get one ad per day at a random time. Could someone let me know if they get this too?
I have not had ANY ad for stamina, monthly master, or ANY single campaign during the ENTIRE season 4 so far it's ridiculous how much myself and any others dealing with same issue have missed out on...we all deserve massive compensation for this!!!
yes Im in Saudi Arabia and the same the ads are been locked i cant see them
I don't think I even got tgat reward, but it's not compensation. I lost out on making a 102 Yao Ming, the Pippen/Rodman masters, and LA tokens.
Right now, I feel like just walking away from this game from all the headaches and frustrations it's caused. I'm sure many more will too.

I got a reply back from EA trying to pass it off as "we cant garuntee every area will recieve adverts" then tried to close the case like that answer is final 😡🤬
I've replied back stating it's not my area, it's effecting a lot of us.
Even if the ads were working, the Welcome to New York campaign would still be a money grab. Do any of you guys remember Season 1 when the game was FANTASTIC? It has fallen so far....

It has become ridiculous... So many days and the problem is still there.
No-one is giving us a formal answer and we keep loosing progress because -as it seems- nobody cares!
I am really disappointed that I spent real money on this game and I am seriously thinking of asking for a compensation at Google.
Maybe I won't get my money back, but rest assured that I will NEVER spend a single cent on this game again.
The same applies to ALL of our league members who spend much more than I am...
I am really sorry that the customers' service of this company is so bad. Maybe it is a little convenient that we can not see those damn ads...

Thank you for hanging in there for us, we really do appreciate that and apologize if this is impacting your ability to get rewards from recent promotions. I know it's affecting others. The team is working on getting this addressed and hopefully we should have it fixed in the near future. They're making progress on it and as soon as we have more details about it we'll share them with you here.
I encourage those impacted by this to try the workaround fixes that have been helping others out in the meantime. No official date on when this will be addressed but it's a high priority for the NBA Live Mobile team right now. @EA_Blueberry
I tried the workaround fixes, but everytime I manage to get it working, either the ad will not show up [I just get a black screen], or the infamous "transaction" message will appear after I have watched the ad...
How am I supposed to progress in the campaigns when I am not able to see the ads that give such big bonuses?
What about the monthly master campaign? Was it in vain that I purchased the weekly pass if I end up with less tokens that I could have got?
What about the "Welcome to NY" campaign? I suppose you can imagine how many points I lost... After heavy grinding I am at 88.641 instead of 95.000-100.000. Now it is impossible for me to get Erving 102, right?
Not to mention the "Golden Week" campaign; 6 lost tokens every day.. This is one 96-102 OVR Golden Week player in two days..
I suppose you can understand why I am so frustrated. And all I get is your apology.
I think it should be more than an apology.
At least make it an option, like the boom or bust pack.
Instead of watching the ad, I can buy the bonuses for 50 coins - something symbolic like that. NOT NBA CASH, that would be hilarious.I am hoping for an answer to my suggestion

As ive posted on another category of threads: technical issues, Ive done numerous things said here, such as uninstalling and reinstalling app, changing language from system to english, loggin out and signing back in, opting out and opting in from all the 3 ads settings, etc. Can the devs fix this permanently?
