issue still going on... still not showing ads...
btw... all ads aren't showing up or not available for me since yesterday... pls fix it... Sim Series is ending and i need the free points from the ads...

The team is still aware of this and continuing to investigate. Are you all having trouble with the Sim Series advertisement option or Monthly Master Token?
Yes, and stamina and earlier easter eggs. I live Poland.
I have not had ANY ad for stamina, monthly master, or ANY single campaign during the ENTIRE season 4 so far it's ridiculous how much myself and any others dealing with same issue have missed out on...we all deserve massive compensation for this!!!
yes Im in Saudi Arabia and the same the ads are been locked i cant see them
I don't think I even got tgat reward, but it's not compensation. I lost out on making a 102 Yao Ming, the Pippen/Rodman masters, and LA tokens.
Right now, I feel like just walking away from this game from all the headaches and frustrations it's caused. I'm sure many more will too.

I got a reply back from EA trying to pass it off as "we cant garuntee every area will recieve adverts" then tried to close the case like that answer is final 😡🤬
I've replied back stating it's not my area, it's effecting a lot of us.
Even if the ads were working, the Welcome to New York campaign would still be a money grab. Do any of you guys remember Season 1 when the game was FANTASTIC? It has fallen so far....

It has become ridiculous... So many days and the problem is still there.
No-one is giving us a formal answer and we keep loosing progress because -as it seems- nobody cares!
I am really disappointed that I spent real money on this game and I am seriously thinking of asking for a compensation at Google.
Maybe I won't get my money back, but rest assured that I will NEVER spend a single cent on this game again.
The same applies to ALL of our league members who spend much more than I am...
I am really sorry that the customers' service of this company is so bad. Maybe it is a little convenient that we can not see those damn ads...
Thank you for hanging in there for us, we really do appreciate that and apologize if this is impacting your ability to get rewards from recent promotions. I know it's affecting others. The team is working on getting this addressed and hopefully we should have it fixed in the near future. They're making progress on it and as soon as we have more details about it we'll share them with you here.
I encourage those impacted by this to try the workaround fixes that have been helping others out in the meantime. No official date on when this will be addressed but it's a high priority for the NBA Live Mobile team right now.

I tried the workaround fixes, but everytime I manage to get it working, either the ad will not show up [I just get a black screen], or the infamous "transaction" message will appear after I have watched the ad...
How am I supposed to progress in the campaigns when I am not able to see the ads that give such big bonuses?
What about the monthly master campaign? Was it in vain that I purchased the weekly pass if I end up with less tokens that I could have got?
What about the "Welcome to NY" campaign? I suppose you can imagine how many points I lost... After heavy grinding I am at 88.641 instead of 95.000-100.000. Now it is impossible for me to get Erving 102, right?
Not to mention the "Golden Week" campaign; 6 lost tokens every day.. This is one 96-102 OVR Golden Week player in two days..
I suppose you can understand why I am so frustrated. And all I get is your apology.
I think it should be more than an apology.
At least make it an option, like the boom or bust pack.
Instead of watching the ad, I can buy the bonuses for 50 coins - something symbolic like that. NOT NBA CASH, that would be hilarious.

As ive posted on another category of threads: technical issues, Ive done numerous things said here, such as uninstalling and reinstalling app, changing language from system to english, loggin out and signing back in, opting out and opting in from all the 3 ads settings, etc. Can the devs fix this permanently?

ADS UPDATE: We have released a patch to resolve the issues you may have been seeing in NBALM. You will want to update to the latest version to ensure you have the fixes. This may take some time to populate across all app stores.
Thanks for letting me know. Please try again later today and let me know if you see any changes. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is advised too. If you play on GUEST MODE though, progress is deleted upon uninstalling.

@EA_Blueberry Update: When the update went out, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Played the game straight away after resetting my advertising id, and went playing the monthly masters. A couple of minutes later, it works, I can watch ads. Later on, it just disappeared, and then back again I can't watch ads. Next day, unistalled and reinstalled again, worked again and got watch every single ad I needed, and then disappeared again saying: "Ads unavailable". Today, unistalled and reinstalled mulitple times, nothing. I resetted my ad id mulitple times, nothing. So back to the same spot I was before the patch. Seems like all that waiting for a response from EA was in vain, as I expected. smh..
