Our team will need to gather more information around this to determine what's causing it to happen on your end. Please DIRECT MESSAGE ME the following info below and confirm here that you've sent it.
- Device type
- NBA Live User ID (this is not your name, it's a numerical number in the top right corner when you visit Settings) DO NOT SHARE THIS PUBLICLY
- Device's software version
- Your NBA Live Mobile app version
- Region you're located in the world
- Origin ID/EA Account. Not sure what it is? Go to Settings in game>Help>Submit a case to our Help site by logging into our EA Help site.
- Which ad(s) aren't specifically working for you when you select them
- Have you tried reinstalling the game and attempted all of the steps we've tried in this post already?
I know that's a lot to ask but any help you can send our way will really help our QA team reproduce what's happening for your account. Thanks ahead of time!

I sent my information.
Ads still not working. Either shows you a black screen, either throws you back to the store either does nothing.
Exactly ever since I started the game when I click on the ads it shows a black screen
