Same problem from today its totally blocked. But that problem with ads its not from today, I have it before, after every ad I watch, I need to restart game to got new ad. Game is from day to day catastrophy with ads and I have problem with arena mode. I have good connection on internet but in arena everything is so fast 50% from normal last 2 months and I cant win any match.

Go to settings->start screen(log out)
Then press log out and re-enter from your account that you're using!
