Summarize your bug Arena Ads while you can watch you are not getting 500 pts credit, it started from 11th after Arena reset
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch Arena Ads, you don't get credit in end While it change status to Ad is watched
What happens when the bug occurs? No Arena Point credit is received
What do you expect to see? 500 pt credit in Arena
You can watch the Ads
Ad is completed
Credit of point is not received in Arena case
Same.
The same thing happens to me in the two accounts we have at home.

Summarize your bug Ads have never shown in my game, I have tried all the solutions I've read on here and on youtube videos nothing has worked for me, don't know what's the cause but I use a Xiaomi redmi smartphone it sucks because I havent been able to take all the rewards from differents events

What do you expect to see? To be able to watch ads so I can enjoy more content of the game
Since I started playing the game about a month or two, I have never been able to watch an ad so I'm missing a lot of content from the game. I have tried differents solutions but none have worked so far.

The team implemented a fix last week that should have this addressed for everyone. If you're still experiencing issues with ads, please check to make sure your device has the latest software update and consider reinstalling the app. If you play on GUEST mode, progress will be lost upon reinstalling.
If you continue to have issues with ads after these steps above, please let us know which specific ads you're having trouble with. Keep in mind that some ads will not refresh for 24 hours.
