An update went out that should have helped address this. Can you please respond back confirming whether it's working or not working for you? Thanks!
@EA_Blueberry Update doesn't seem to help me getting the ads back. Did everything from reinstalling, changing language settings, etc. and none of them works!!

Update from the NBA Live Mobile team via their Twitter:
ADS UPDATE: We have released a patch to resolve the issues you may have been seeing in NBALM. You will want to update to the latest version to ensure you have the fixes. This may take some time to populate across all app stores.
Thanks for letting me know. Please try again later today and let me know if you see any changes. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is advised too. If you play on GUEST MODE though, progress is deleted upon uninstalling.
