Ads Error in NBA Live Mobile

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug As you know, there are ads in game that gives stamina ( Each ad gives 25 stamina reward). For 2-3 days I’m trying it in different times, however, whenever I watch ads, I never receive the stamina reward. After I watch the ads, it says “ the reward will pop up shortly “, but I don’t receive anything at all afterwards! Can you fix it ASAP please? It’s kind of annoying.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch the ads in game and see if it gives stamina reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stamina reward is supposed to pop up after I watch the ad, but I receive nothing afterwards.
What do you expect to see? I would like to receive 25 stamina reward for per ad in game as promised

    Hi, if you're still having issues can you try a restart of your device if you haven't already?

    If this has no effect, can I check when you last got an add, and your region & platform?

    I am having the same issue I live in Colorado and I have a iPhone it just tells me that I will receive my reward shortly and it never appears and the watch ad button disappears

    Hi guys, I have this same problem, as you, I called it on NBA Live Mobile help, and they promised to resolve this mainly bug diligently, in my region ads didn't show since last week(almost 8 days), yesterday it showed up(at 9pm CEST), but when I want to click on them in next hour, there weren't any of them, today this situation is still the same, what's mean that nothing else is showing up. FIX this problem pernamenty, of course, I demand also recompensate for lost time and stamina, which i could to click(everyday I clicked almost 3000 stamina, 7 days, what is almost 21 000 stamina lost!). I also typed to EA team, but as I can see, they ignore me - very good pro-client attitude.

    I expecting action and recompensate.

    Hai teman-teman, saya memiliki masalah yang sama, seperti Anda, saya menyebutnya di bantuan NBA Live Mobile, dan mereka berjanji untuk menyelesaikan bug ini dengan rajin, di wilayah saya iklan tidak muncul sejak minggu lalu (hampir 8 hari), kemarin muncul (pada jam 9 malam CEST), tetapi ketika saya ingin mengkliknya dalam jam berikutnya, tidak ada satupun dari mereka, hari ini situasi ini masih sama, apa artinya tidak ada yang muncul. MEMPERBAIKI masalah ini berulang kali, tentu saja, saya meminta juga mengompensasi hilangnya waktu dan stamina, yang saya bisa klik (setiap hari saya mengklik hampir 3000 stamina, 7 hari, apa yang hampir 21.000 stamina hilang!). Saya juga mengetik ke tim EA, tetapi seperti yang saya lihat, mereka mengabaikan saya - sikap pro-klien yang sangat baik.

    Hi, I'm also having a problem where I cannot use any ads, and ads don't appear. The bonus reward ads work but everything else has disappeared. I use ios and I'm in Toronto, Ontario Canada my ads in other applications work and when I log into a different account on the same device the ads work. Whenever I go into promotions and watch ads for rewards a sign always pops up saying that no offers are available, keep in mind that when I log into my second account all of the ads work. This is my fourth day with this problem and I am very displeased with this and I hope that you guys can help fix it. Thank you

    @MrBrachol I agree with you entirely I am stuck with this problem. This event is disturbing and without these ads, the game is not fun because you only get so much stamina. Right now I am barely playing the game because I can't. Once again I agree entirely with @MrBrachol and I expect compensation, but more importantly I want this problem to STOP.
