After update NBA Live Mobile 18 is running slow

I've had NBA Live Mobile since day one U.S. launch, and never had any problems with game performance. Now after the update to NBA Live Mobile 18 the game is lagging, and looks like it's in slow motion. I called EA help and they sent me a list of things to do to "fix" it, I did every step and nothing happened. I believe the problem is on their end. Does anybody have a fix for this? Anybody from EA if you're seeing this, fix this.

    This game is way to slow and the defence is horrible. I can see the play coming a mile away and i am completely stuck trying to move over to the wing because the game is slow and lags please fix this issue

    U gotta liike how ur Over 7 foot center cant block shots, but the game will purposely hold ur shot down so a 6’1” pg can jump 15 feet in the air and block tge center...Great Freakin Job EA
