April Live Pass: Not collecting Live Tickets

I bought both the premium and MVP live pass for April and never received the 360 live tickets that was awarded at milestone 2 (180 for each pass), as well as the 30 live tickets for milestones 7, 14, 21, 28. All the other rewards seem to work fine. I claimed the live tickets tokens but they were never added to my live ticket balance. Anyone else having this problem? I had no problem collecting live tickets in for previous months in Season 8.

Nice they gave everyone 200 live tickets but did not give us the tickets we earned and payed for

I received a message that I provided 180 tickets as attached, but I didn't actually receive anything. I only received 200 tickets.

And I don't think they have the detail of compensating for this horrible month and a half.

I have a feeling that this glitch affected lots of players. So giving everybody 200 tickets was probably their best option even though it would have been nice to get the other 310 tickets. Kudos to everybody in this thread. Maybe we played a part in getting everybody 200 tickets.
