Rookie Quest Not Registering or Progressing

I Just started like today when I was trying to progress my rookie Quest I find it hard to complete this 1 specific task. It was asking me to purchase a pro pack, even though I bought a lot(around 3 to 5 times) it still hasn't registered or marked complete

Can you please help me I think I'm missing out on my other quest considering I'm only at Rookie 2.
