April Live Pass: Not collecting Live Tickets

I bought both the premium and MVP live pass for April and never received the 360 live tickets that was awarded at milestone 2 (180 for each pass), as well as the 30 live tickets for milestones 7, 14,

I have opened the case with EA Help but the problem  has not yet been resolved . Can Ea Solaire help me?

I had read your message and sent her my account. But to this day i have had no response. Did her solve your problem?

Nope

Not yet.  But I'm hopeful Solaire and EA won't let us down.

When is ea goning to give me the live tickets i earned in the live pass

The problem is that i played today with another account and recieved the 30 live tickets in the pass , it is not fair that i spent 49.99 and 9.99 to earn the live ticket and did not get nothing
