Arena gameolay crashes
I am having error messages for last 2 weeks on arena premium. Error message stops my game play everytime i am winning the game. Then matches me up with a higher ovr team that plays full game and wins costing me stamina and losing 2 games straight. Plus shot meter needs to be fixed on 3 pointers that i normally make.
Makes the game not fun to play. Can you guys please fix this bug
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you let us know what the exact error message is and have you tried any quick troubleshooting from your end like restarting the device or re-installing the app? (That can help with game issues/crashes)
If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
Also, do you notice anything specific happen just before it gives you the error that's happening in-game to see if we can pinpoint something that's triggering it?Android Troubleshooting
