Arena Matchups - 12 hours waiting time

Hi I am a player from NZ, it's been really frustrating to get a matchup in arena for weeks, today I waited for 12 fricking hours on areana and still didn't get any match yet. This wasted so much of my time and is really frustrating and ruining the user gameplay. So please help us players with this issue.
