I was playing music while at the same time playing the game and now the audio doesn't work I've tried the settings but it still doesn't work need help

Community AdminHi, I've been looking for similar reports, but in most cases the app itself is muted/turned down, rather than the general volume being lowered. Can you check if this could be a factor?

There is no volume setting for the app. Just off and on, and my settings are all on. For sound fx and music.

Can you go to the Command Centre > Sounds section and see if anything is muted there?
I@d be interested if you hear the game with headphones too, if you can test that easily.
