Bench boosters master

I have played the bench boosters master event nearly 200 times and I have the stamina quicksells to prove it, but I can’t get the 98 onyeka master to unlock the next set. It’s supposed to be a 1% chance and I’ve gotten the Bobby Portis that’s a 2% chance at least 12 times so it doesn’t make any sense.
