i ve already tried uninstall and reinstall.....nothing works i couldnt able to play ....its been almost 7 days.....i have enough space in my android device....its really frustrating how you gyss solving problem...i ve already talk to ea help they suggest me to open a ea account and report a bug report....and after 2 days i am getting reply...now i dont know how many days it takes to fix this.....ea help team said that they will let the team know....dont when itwill get fixed...i am fade up and tired of this game......and ea....such a horrible experience......

5 years ago@tatugame88 Does it fix itself if you toggle WiFi off and test it on mobile or if you remove the Wi-Fi connections from your device and re-add them?
- 5 years agoi've tried with diffrent networks ...but the bug never disappear completely.....

@tatugame88 Thanks for getting back quickly. Have you tried clearing the cache in the Settings>Apps?- 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry i allways clear cache before entering to the game.....
