Campaign Rising Stars Volume 1 Won't Advance

Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug Cannot complete the "Trade Up to 65-69 OVR" set to progress in campaigns.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Volume 1 of Rising Stars, it is the 2nd event (200 Stamina Bottle). In order to unlock the event, the three requirements that need to be met are completing the set, completing the previous challenge, and use your ultimate team. However, it is right now impossible for me to complete the set (fulfill the first requirement).
What happens when the bug occurs? No cards can be used for the "Trade Up to 65-69 OVR" set, making it impossible to complete.
What do you expect to see? As a result, the event in campaigns remains locked.

It seems like I need to complete the Rising Stars campaign before I can start others, making Campaigns as a whole locked for me.

Hi, NBA LIVE Mobile Community.

A fix should have went out earlier this morning. Please restart your app before jumping on the courts. Can you all confirm for me whether it's now working on your end?

Anyone have problem with not able to add tip-off Laettner in highlight reel player sets??

Summarize your bug Must spend 250k coins: I did that. Must complete trade up to 70-79 set: I did that
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to campaigns and try to finish Breaking Through and try to finish Rising Stars volume 1
What happens when the bug occurs? You can not proceed any further in the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see that I am able to finish the game

I am experiencing the same problem, i have made a trade up about 15 times now but it still won't tick off the requirement and i have used all my players for this, therefore i am still stuck at volume 1

@06yf2tubp4j6 Thank you for responding to these issues, I'm having the same issues as well. My first volume is done and completed but my volume 2 can't unlock due to something. Can someone please fix.
