I’ve been trying to sign into nba live mobile but keep getting error messages saying it can’t find my linked account, I contacted ea support and they’ve told me they couldn’t locate mobile player accounts unless I contact in game. they asked me to create an in-game ticket but when I go to the ‘help’ tab. it just brings me to the website again. I’m trying to figure out how to make a in-game ticket and get into my account I spent money on. Thank you

Just checked my NBA live 4/4/25 And it’s finally linked to Game Center. I Guess my problems been solved.
Yeah it sucks. It’s the only game I feel like that stayed the same ever since Madden mobile went to sh*t. It’s playable and fun but too many problems
I’m sorry about that man. I’ve played so many EA games in my life and I’m tired of always having issues with such a terrible company. I think I might start cutting out all ea games from my life
EA help told me to come here and ended chat , basically did nothing so it seem like I’ve lost the account, not the first time either I been a long time player and this happened I never did anything about it and restarted but this year I spent money on it to try and get my account to what it used to be at least
It seems this happened last year too and it took them a while to fix it then. The nba live fanbase is so under appreciated for the fact that we play such an underdeveloped and underwhelming game. They can’t even do the bare minimum to ensure that we can at least play the game.
Have you found any resolutions? EA help was useless and I can’t seem to figure out how to get the game center account to link. I’ve had my account for over 6 years and I can’t lose it after all this time
