Showdown bug
When the opponent fails to play his turn in time the game is expired and you should win earing 8k fans. But the game is bugged and it can be a loss like here in the screenshot. It was all going good and I had no issue with that for a while but here it is again. Great maintenance! 👏🏻. 👏🏻. 👏🏻. Also sometimes the search goes forever and after some time it suddenly appears you were matched but the game didn’t show up because of another bug and it expired you end up with a loss and -8k fans. Can you fix it already???Slow-mo bug
When I play in H2H or PvP (against players who I assume have the slow-mo ON) I still occasionally get this slow-mo effect when the opponent dunks/lays up, even tho I have it OFF. It’s so annoying and it’s a terrible feature, because it disrupts the natural pace of the game. If I want it off it should be off, fix this bug ASAP.
How can I fix my game?
I played this game back in 2023-2024 I had about a 92 ovr all team but my phone broke and forgot about the game. I recently got it back and I logged into the same gaming account I used back at the time. I have now all default players and I only have my saved team which is a 89 ovr all. I can see my old players during the beginning of a game. (The players and the other teams player.) I tried contacting A.I EA souport but they said they didn't have access to any information of that sort and they recommended the same page I texted the AI from. Can anyone help?
