Can you check your device to see if there are any updates and then also check the store for upgrades for NBA LIVE Mobile and Facebook?
If you continue to get that message, try clearing the cache for both NBA LIVE Mobile and Facebook under your app settings.
If that fails, try deleting the game and re-install it. It might also help to sign out of your Facebook app before you log into NBA LIVE Mobile again.
