Cannot login to NBA live mobile using Facebook

It said “no linked account “.  This issue was happened many times already. 😔

    Hi there @mc8006,

    To clear this error up, you'll want to try unlinking and re-linking your account by following the steps in this post. 

    Please keep me posted on how this works for you.

Updated the app this morning, and I just tried to login via Facebook.

It says no linked accounts found.  The first of the month login problems are here early.

      Mine isn’t either.  I tried to open a case through ea help and couldn’t get that to work either.

    Facebook log in is still not working after three days now.

      It’s still not working.  I’ve been sent to several different links.  None work and I have already tried them anyway.  I’m being told my account can’t be recovered.

      Me neither.  Ea help couldn’t help either.  They said they couldn’t find my account.  It sounds like it’s happened to several people.
