Cannot login to NBA live mobile using Facebook

It said “no linked account “.  This issue was happened many times already. 😔

    Hi there @mc8006,

    To clear this error up, you'll want to try unlinking and re-linking your account by following the steps in this post. 

    Please keep me posted on how this works for you.

If you're still unable to login with Facebook, please send me a DM with the following information:

  • The type of device you're currently playing on
  • Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)
  • The error message you're receiving when you attempt to login
