Can't buy or bid in Auction House

Today, I can suddenly no longer buy or bid on anything in the auction house. I've tried on multiple devices, Android and iOS, and it's not working. It just gives me the "Bid Failed" error e...

Action house is not working properly for 2 weeks!
I cant buy or bid on action house for 2 weeks. Ea support can't answer this question and say to write here, in community. I saw a lot of same questions and NOONE get the answer or solve with this problem. WHY everybody ignore it? I play this game a lot, i Have 94 franchise, a lot of time spent on this game, and i can't play now. I can't normally complete playoff Masters and triple double Master Westbrook. Also i have set legends, which i cant complete because can't to buy elite prizes. I really can't to play... PLEASE help me with this problem,not ignore, it is very important i hope somebody can do it....
