In my app the same message appears. Did you fixed yours? How?

@EA_Barry I am having the same problem. I did what your instructions say but the message still appears: " Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password. "

What do you suggest me to do now?

I can't login to the companion app still it took away my 18 app and replace it with the 19 but says my information is invalid uninstall and still nothing
