CAN'T LOG IN TO THE GAME AGAIN

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Tablet
Summarize your bug No login with account only new player
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See screenshot
What happens when the bug occurs? No login
What do you expect to see? Fix bug

Hey folks, thank you for all the reports and information.

This has been passed along and ~~is currently being investigated~~, thanks for the patience while we're taking a look!

We've alerted the team what you're all experiencing and the frequency of it. The team pushed a fix through so the login issues players were experiencing should now be addressed. Players SHOULD be able to get back into the game now. If not, please let us know in this thread below.

Thank you for letting us know how this is impacting you on your end. We'll let them know it's not mounting up to a great experience so hopefully more resources are dedicated to server quality in the future.

Hey, NBA LIVE Mobile players.

I am going to close this thread down since it was related to a specific outage in time.

We are seeing reports of players not being able to login to the game on 3/8 and it is currently under investigation.
