Chapter 7 unlock

Platform:Apple iPad
Summarize your bug I’m not able to move into Chapter 7 despite having the Chapter 6 key and completing all objectives required to move onto the Chapter 7.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my screenshots
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t move forward
What do you expect to see? Access to chapter 7

I’m not able to move into Chapter 7 despite having the Chapter 6 key and completing all objectives required to move onto the Chapter 7.

    Quick update, as a preauthorisation note, the best case scenario theorised would be that the chapter 7 hasn't been inculcated into the game yet, there still might be some time before it's functional.

    But authorities will have you posted about the actual answer asap.

    @dusty2423 I don't play much of multi year events. But I suppose you need Chapter 7 key to get to Chapter 7 .

    Yes, obviously you have completed the events, and if you still don't have chapter 7 key.

    I assume you're a experienced player by your OVR, so go to your Unclaimed items and check if the chapter 7 unlock pack is amongst them.

    If not, go to the auction house and click on the sell button, then select collectibles, if you don't see the chapter 7 unlock key there,

    Go to the settings and then to help. From there go to contact us and file for a missing content report.
    With appropriate details like which item is missing, screenshot that you've completed all objectives to have the same, date you completed the last objective ( try to recall and be accurate) etc. The customer support might guide you through it.

    Hey there - I have the same problem.

    I've unlocked the chapter and have the Chapter 7 unlock key in my collectibles, but am unable to play Chapter 7.

    I'm also wondering - is there ever going to be a way to get 'Superstar' players beyond 99 OVR?

    @KingdomCome81 Okay I'll be reporting your problems asap.

    Secondly, there might be an update after some time, as superstars have gradually increased of their max stats. From 90 to 99, and there might be another upgrade soon.

    @EA_Blueberry might give a better insight.

    @KingdomCome81 I have the same problem too.
    As for the Superstars when you reach 80 level you get Star Power 3 so you can upgrade your Superstars beyond 99 OVR.
