Crashing whenever I try logging in with Facebook

I can’t login to the nba live mobile game with my Facebook account. It keeps on crashing when I try to login with Facebook. Help me login with Facebook.

@EA_Lanna I appreciate that but I’ve already opened multiple cases and had multiple EA advisors say they submitted a report. Nothing has come back yet.
