Deleted account

I recently accidentally deleted my guest account after deleting the app then re-downloading it after a bug occurred. I had always been able to delete then come back to all of my existing data, but this was not the case this time. I lost all of my progress with my 100 overall team and was very upset.  I had 3.4 million coins 😩. This account was previously linked to Facebook, but I delinked it a couple weeks ago. It doesn’t work when I try to login to Facebook. Does anyone know anything that I can do to get it back ?

    Hey, @lamipro 

    Do you know your NBA Live Mobile User ID before you deleted your Guest account? If you know your NBA Live User ID, please contact our Support team for account recovery. Without that ID, it will be difficult for us to find your game progress. If your account isn't synced up to the Google or Apple cloud upon logging into the game and you're on guest mode, deleting the game will also delete the progress as guest mode saves all data to the internal storage for your device. I'm very sorry to hear what happened to your account. ☹️

    I was able to get my User ID and have emailed EA a couple of times since 4 days ago but haven’t heard back.  Can’t seem to get through any other way...What can I do?  Thank for helping! 😊

    Please keep a close eye on our email for updates from the team. As more people are staying home right now we're experiencing a higher volume of players jumping into games right now than usual, so response times will be slightly longer from our staff.     Thank you!  I'm sure that you're getting a lot of help requests these days.  I am still waiting... is there any way to chat with someone or have someone call me?  It's getting to be a desperate situation over here...  I'll really appreciate whatever you can do to help.

    Because of what the world is currently experiencing our phone support is currently unavailable, however you should still be able to live-chat. Do you get a live-chat option if you visit our Help site and create a case?

    @lamipro Account recovery is handled via email. If you selected that category that is likely why.

    @EA_Blueberry ok thanks - can i start another request with a different option that will allow for a chat? I really need this fixed ☹️
  • I lost my guest account after deleting app, how can I get it back it wasn't linked with Fb or Google.. I need my guest account back.. On Thursday my event is ending 😭😭😭

    @FcbMustafa When you play on guest mode the data is stored locally to the device. I'm afraid that when the game is uninstalled, the progress for a guest account will also be deleted. :\
