Device not compatible with new version (Samsung Galaxy A13 5G)

Hi everyone! This is an issue that occurred again a year and a half ago. I own a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G android smartphone and while the game was running properly until yesterday, now the Google Play Store has a non-combatibility warning. Please fix that issue. If any more information is needed, I'm eager to provide it to the developers. Thanks in advance!

  • Today i just found out that my device wasn;t compatible which already is. i deleted my data, cache, restarted my device but nothing. It keeps saying it is not meeting the requirements, like WHAT!?!?!

     

    NBA LIVE MOBILE DEVS OR SUPPORT IF UR SEEING THIS PLS FIX THIS I RLLY WANNA PLAY THE GAME

    ANYONE EXPERIENCING THIS?

  • The new season 10 update made it so that my device is incompatible with the game and even after I cleared cache and unistalled other apps it still doesn't work.Fix this please

    Something similar happened on February 2024. It took about 10 days to restore the minimum requirements. I started a new thread above. Keep your fingers crossed 🤞 

  • I have been playing this game for over a year and half now and this update is what i have been waiting for i played the game yesterday before going to bed reaching this morning to enter my game it took me to Google Play store for an update when i finished updating .then i entered the game it showed to something saying your device didn't reach the minimum requirement
