Discord Verification Question

@EA_Blueberry 

I would ask this on Discord if I could find an option there.

I have been unable to join the NBA Live Mobile Discord due to the verification process.  I was told I do not post enough on other social media platforms.  Can someone at EA explain to me if this is EA's requirement or Discords.

I do not understand the need to be a frequent poster on other platforms to join the NBA Live Mobile. I honestly can't think of a reason.  I thought it was to prove I am not a Bot, but the admin told me that wasn't the reason.  He didn't tell me what the reason was though, just that it was the process.

I want to join so I can discuss the game with other players, enter giveaways, and watch the promo reveals.

I enjoy talking to my league members but want to be part of the larger community 

As you can see from lineup on the attachment, I spend money in this game, over $100 a month recently.

Not being able to join Discord for all the reasons I stated above is about to make me quit this game.

EA, take care of your customers and please don't have any requirements that don't have a clear purpose.

I would like to stay but if you aren't going to let me join Discord for no meaningful reason, I guess I'll take my money elsewhere.

    @EA_Blueberry are you or anyone else able to help me?

    I can't talk to Legend on Discord anymore since I got banned from the server for failing verification. Unfortunately he seemed unwilling to help since I don't meet the social media posting requirements, even though he said he had no concerns.

    Sorry, but being so rigid on requirements when there is no concern isn't good customer service, especially to a paying customer.

    I have no interest in Twitter or reddit, and don't play my Xbox much anymore.  This is pretty much the only game I play right now.   FB is the only social media I use (yeah I am old, we'll leave it at that).  The only thing I post on YT are my son's basketball games so he and his friends can watch.  Apparently posting roughly 20 in the last couple months wasn't good enough.

    Why is any of that a reason to keep me off Discord?

    I have had good experiences on the Answer HQ site, so the lack of help on Discord is disappointing.

    I don't like making this issue public but I have no other way to try to resolve this unless someone from EA messages me, which I hope someone does soon.

    Not trying to be negative but I have not seen EA agent on this forum for past month or two.

    Only time EA showed up was when I posted legit complain and they did not like it. 

    They deleted my post and gave me warning. 

    If EA truly cared, they would have already responded. It is so sad that community managers do not do what they are supposed to do. 

    I am not sure if they really care about this game or not.
