I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

What happens when the bug occurs? game says that i don't have available Eastern Duo Battle points when i just finished the 150 points in the East
What do you expect to see? replacement for the Eastern Duo Battle point
did all troubleshooting steps that is available on help. ea. com but still the same.

Summarize your bug Upon reaching 150 points of battle points in Western Duo and about to play, the bug missed my oppurtunity to play for Jokic and when I check my available points it already it says no insufficient funds.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to ask another player esp from Asia Region or try to play within our area
What happens when the bug occurs? Game says I don't have any sufficient funds or battle points to play for Western Duo
What do you expect to see? Replacement battle points for Western Duo do we can able to play and our efforts may not wasted
