I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

I too lost my duo point while going for Kevin Durant ...the indicator still appears for the point but the actual duo point to unlock my player is lost and has become frustrating after toiling this hard...pls help

- @suraj3921 EA sports pls help sort out this concern...have been a very active player of the app and now this is frustrating to lose rewards and that too so precious ones😟😟
It seems the community doesn't care about the problems faced by players...or would have atleast sought out to help the players sort the in-game problems...dnw!!
