Duo point loss

I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

It seems the community doesn't care about the problems faced by players...or would have atleast sought out to help the players sort the in-game problems...dnw!!

    @EA_Barry Thanks sir...but the query had been queued up by so many but hadn't been answered up till recently...an extra thanks if the problem gets solved

    @EA_Barry How were your points returned? like @suraj3921 mentioned had happened to him? I didn't loose a duo token but a crucial east/west token east/west token in the Duo Campaign and am looking to get it back ASAP so I can progress. I was one token away from getting Jamal Murray which would allow me to upgrade to 109 Irving and Durant! I had a west token and had just hit play to claim it when there was a server issue that reset my app. I returned to find my token gone. EA, please get the token back to me and fix the issue.
