Duo point loss
I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

@EA_Barry @EA_Blueberry How were points returned to @suraj3921 ? I didn't loose a duo token but a crucial east/west token in the Duo Campaign and am looking to get it back ASAP so I can progress. I was one token away from getting Jamal Murray which would allow me to upgrade to 109 Irving and Durant! I had a west token and had just hit play to claim Jamal when the game experienced a server issue that reset my app. I returned to find my token gone. EA, please get the token back to me and fix the issue. I have played this game for a long long time and the server issue get me sometimes. I never complain but I am IRATE this time. I am waiting for your speedy reply. Thank you. [Removed - CM]

If your game is crashing, it's still worth giving these steps a shot to see if that will help minimize or hopefully prevent it at all for all modes in NBA Live Mobile.

If you linked up your game progress to Facebook, Google, or your Apple account you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing any progress.

i have same problem when I try to get Bucks Duo. This situation has occurred twice to me when I play the Eastern unlocking Duo halves games.I would like to have my duo points back. My Easter Duo Battle points has reached 865 but I only have Durant and Irving. Can you team help me please?

@EA_Blueberry Thanks for the reply. I am quite an advanced player having played quite a while. So am I right in hearing that before the NBA Duo Campaign is over I will likely NOT get the West Battle token back to complete the event fully as I was on track to do? All the other answers are nice and fluffy, and I appreciate it, but the question I asked wasn't answered directly. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

@SmoothNo15I think u will get back ur duo points/tokens...I too had lost them in the campaign error but the community returned them timely...

@EA_Blueberry i have the same concern. I was also on track to finish all duos, now I’m not and I also fear that this will not be resolved on time to reconcile this issue. If my wife knew how much real money I spent on this game I’d be single. Got to make things right here.
