I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

@EA_Blueberry Unfortunately no, I have not received any compensation from EA yet, although I was promised the player I would have gotten had I got the west token. This was the resolution I have in writing from EA Global Customer Experience but it has not been done, and my case closed. So I am following up here because I don't understand why it was said and not addressed as offered. I've been waiting 2 days since the offer. So not everyone has been given compensation yet. Please follow up. Thank you.
