Duo point loss

I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

@EA_BlueberryStill did not get it!! What info do i need to give you soo that i can get the compensation? I have my game accont connected to Google play, Facebook and device. Please answer as soon as possible.
