Expired cant receive the overall86 paul geprge

I have transfer my 82rating paul george to 86, But there no online86 paul george to let me get it, and i lost my paul george, anyone can help?? Can i cancel the transfer???

The event has expired, i dont think there will be anyway to upgrade them anymore
