It's very possible you might be able to avoid performance issues through basic troubleshooting as not everyone is being affected. I recommend trying these steps below before contacting Support to ensure all potential solutions have been exhausted. If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
