[Fixed] Black Screen

Do you have your account synced up with Apple/Google? If you do, re-installing the game won't result in any lost progress. If you don't have it synced and play on guest mode, uninstalling the app will lose your progress.

We've seen players get around the black screen by reinstalling, but definitely make sure you've synced it up to Google/Apple.

I Got the forced update and then got the black screen so I reinstalled and couldn’t relink my fb so I lost my whole acct.  I had thousands of dollars of items and nba cash from S3-S4 and just got a response from EA Help saying sorry hope our sorry is ok. 

Nah. Not ok. What can be done? I’m not even on a different device or anything and the game kept delinking my Facebook on its own. This is not acceptable. Could you somehow help?

You said "re-link" so it sounds like you had your progress saved to the cloud. Can you try going to your Facebook app and under Settings>Apps, remove the NBA Live Mobile app from the device you have linked and then try logging in with Facebook again? If it fails again, try logging in from another device. If you did not play on guest mode your progress should still be saved.

Unfortunately, i play as guest, so if i don't want to lose my records what should i do?

I know it's not ideal to wait, but please hang in there for a little bit longer until the team gets this addressed. If you're not too far into the game with a lot of progress, I personally recommend syncing to Google/Apple/Facebook so your progress is saved to the cloud in the event there is corrupted data on the device, app, or if you decide to switch devices one day.

My bad is i forgot to syncing and now i have team with 85 ovr rating, yes i have to wait, but do you think the team will successfully resolve this problem?

This is a top priority for the team and they're working to get it addressed as quickly as possible. They've been excellent at fixing similar issues like this, so I'm confident you'll get back on the court soon.
