7 years agoI have officially given up hope after 2 days. EA copy/pastes responses and gives no real updates on a fix. PRO PACK... a single, useless PRO PACK!!! They offend our intelligence by using BOT-type responses.
BTW and serious question... Does anyone know the purpose of this forum? Does EA just have this so we can all feel used and frustrated together?? Maybe it's just a social experiment?
We've all heard the horror stories about EA - and they are true.

7 years agoI am on the same boat here. .. down since Monday 4/2/18. Called EA and they escalated to their developers team -Still no fix. and the rep told me it's a rare issue.
Advice me to wait and keep the game updated - keep trying ... and hopefully game works again ... that's BS.
Definitely, showdown messed up my profile. Tested everything you guys mentioned here. Even trying as new user and that worked without any problems ... yeap .... lost my 92rating .. for a 55 -- no way. I prefer not to play at all if that's the case.
- ApprovedAnonymous7 years agoAbsolutely... I'm done with them if they don't actually fix (and compensate) the issue. This isn't rare, as we all know from looking online and at Twitter. I think what makes it "rare" is that it only happened to higher ranked players (I was top 350, and yes, I was grinding for that) due to the number of games they accrued... Is that really the customers you want to leave hanging?
