playing against cheaters in lvl and not able to log in , getting unknown error.

Imagine getting bombed by the cheating team by 2k points and then everyone on your league gets their NBALM acct bugged for over a week! 

this is absurd, I reached out to EA support and they cant do anything about it. 

Any of you had this issue?
